About Us
Clarke Millar began working in the food business working in the family bakery alongside his brother Robert and his father Hazlett. The bakery manufactured sausage rolls and pies under their own brands and private label. Clarke then went into sales and eventually moved up the ladder to commercial director where he worked with some of the leading supermarkets and convenience stores in the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland.
Clarke Millar have a portfolio of chilled fresh food brands including Mulligan’s snacks, Millar Family Foods Sausage Rolls. Within chilled drinks there is Zumi fruit drinks and Millar Moo flavoured milks.
Located in Dunmurry their purpose-built site has held the British Retail Consortium’s grade AA accreditation since August 2016. Our foods are produced under strict hygiene standards and we have introduced a facility to produce own label products for our retail partners.

Managing Director
Clarke Millar
Clarke Millar has always had a fervent interest in the food business.
His love of baking derived from his beloved grandmother, Evelyn. Since he left school, he worked in the family bakery alongside his brother Robert and his father Hazlett. The bakery manufactured sausage rolls and pies under their own brands and private label.
Clarke later moved into sales as commercial director where he worked with some of the leading supermarkets and convenience stores in N.Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the United Kingdom.
Clarke formed Clarke Millar Foods in January 2013, creating a purpose-built site in Dunmurry where we produce convenience food products under strict BRC hygiene standards and have introduced a facility to manage own label opportunities for our retail partners.

Managing Director
Clarke Millar
Clarke Millar has always had a fervent interest in the food business.

Andrea Millar
Andrea has always had a passion for people and working in a team. Having completed her degree in Business Management at the University of Ulster Jordanstown her skill set naturally lead her into hospitality management with the Hastings Hotels group.
Her love of service, sales and strong visual skills later drew her into retail, spending a total of 16 years with the Arcadia group progressing from store management to satellite management growing a strong team of managers and staff below her in multiple locations.
Andrea joined the Clarke Millar team in 2017 -her role is that of assisting and supporting Clarke and the entire team in daily business operations and in future growth and development of the business.
Andrea adores dogs and her perfect day is spent in wellies in the countryside with them.

Avril Fitzgerald-Lambden
Having studied Sales & Marketing, Avril started in the FMCG business in 2000 working in Marketing for a leading ROI symbol group. In the past 23 years, Avril has honed her skills specifically in the Food Industry working with brands in the Retail, Food Service and Wholesale sectors. Avril’s background has seen her working with businesses such as PRM, Dale Farm and more recently Rosie & Jim.
“My passion is in bringing small brands to life with new customers across all sectors. I love to see a brand come from nothing to large scale national listings and widespread distribution”. Avril joined Clarke Millar in July 2023 and will work across the UK and Ireland to bring the Millar Moo, Zumi and Millar Family Foods brands to national audiences.

Tamara Khatagova
Originally from North Caucasus (Russia) Tamara has moved to Ireland in 1999 to study. With MSc in Food Technology Engineering (Russia) and BSc in Food Science (Ireland) Tamara has over 15 years of experience working with large and small businesses in the Food and Drink Industry.
Prior to joining Clarke Millar in 2021 as a Technical Manager she worked for Sauce Master, Moy Park, Diageo Global Supply and AB-InBev’s across range of Technical roles.
In her free time Tamara loves cooking and going to the gym.
Development Chef & Food Consultant
Gary Guiney
Chef Gary Guiney's love of cooking started from a very young age with his Dad. This involved hunting, fishing, and picking up tips on campfire cooking mostly using the catch of the day! Gary has always had a passion regarding everything involving food from watching TV demonstrations and reading lots of cookery books.
Fast forward 25 years, Gary has worked his way up within the Food Industry traveling throughout the UK and Ireland
Gary's achievements to date include author of “The Food To Wolf Down” cookbook series.
Chef Ambassador for Tom&Ollie, Riso Gallo, Ariane & Koppertcress Uk.
Gary has judged both Riso Gallo Young Risotto of Year Regional Judge and Ifex Culinary Judge
One of Gary's Favourite mantra's is from a personal food hero Anthony Bourdain.
